Finch scrambled out of his cell, and frantically ran to the locker, grabbed his armor pack, and ran as fast as he could towards the nearest ODP. Number 4A.
He spun the wheel and threw open the door, and jumped in. He got in one of the seats, and started putting on the equipment.
After he was ready, he closed himself in and waited for more people. He heard the thumping of panicked feet and the wail of the siren.

The camo works like this, the back of the armor absorbs light reflected off of its surroundings, and mimics the values, and shows the image on the plating, this is mirrored on the front.

There was a loud sploosh outside of the hull, the hull loudly creaked and groaned, and then the was a splashing sound.

Finch's entire body was shaking, he struggled to find the small latch on the floor, a large compartment opened up, in it was a small motor boat,
"We just landed in a body of water, we don't have much time, help me lift this boat," he said, with an obvious nervous quiver in his voice.
